Affiliate Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“AFFILIATE”) AND TD HUNTER, A BUSINESS ENTITY REGISTERED IN WYOMING, USA (“TD HUNTER,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”).

BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION TO JOIN OR BY PARTICIPATING IN OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  1. OVERVIEW
    This Agreement outlines the full terms and conditions of your participation in the TD Hunter Affiliate Program. The purpose of this program is to enable affiliates to refer customers to TD Hunter’s subscription services and earn commissions on qualifying sales. Affiliates will use unique referral links and approved promotional materials to market TD Hunter.

  2.  AFFILIATE ENROLLMENT & ELIGIBILITY
    2.1 Application Process: To become an affiliate, you must complete and submit an application form. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. 

2.2 Ineligibility Criteria: Your participation may be denied or revoked if your promotional platform:

  • Promotes sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content
  • Encourages hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or disability
  • Violates intellectual property laws or promotes copyright infringement
  • Is deceptive, misleading, or impersonates TD Hunter
  • Contains downloads or software that interfere with commission tracking
  • Includes “TD Hunter” or close variations in your domain or brand name without authorization

2.3. This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will continue unless terminated hereunder.

2.4 Ongoing Eligibility: Affiliates must remain in good standing, actively follow the guidelines, and ensure their content aligns with our brand standards. TD Hunter reserves the right to review and revoke affiliate status at any time.


  1.  AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS & BEST PRACTICES
    3.1 Use of Promotional Assets: Once approved, affiliates will receive access to:
  • Unique referral links for tracking
  • Official brand assets (logos, banners, IG content)
  • Recommended messaging and promotions

3.2 Brand Representation: Affiliates must represent TD Hunter accurately and must not:

  • Mislead potential customers about our services
  • Make unapproved guarantees or statements
  • Alter or modify our brand assets

3.3 Marketing Conduct Affiliates may promote through:

  • Websites, blogs, and social platforms
  • Email lists (must be opt-in and not spam)
  • Paid advertising, excluding restricted keywords (see below)

Prohibited Tactics Include:

  • Bidding on brand keywords (“TD Hunter”, “tdhunter.com”, or close variations)
  • Using domain names or social handles impersonating TD Hunter
  • Spam, misleading ads, or cookie stuffing

3.4 Compliance with Laws: Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring all promotional content complies with applicable advertising, privacy, and intellectual property laws.


  1.  ACCOUNT TERMINATION & FRAUD POLICY
    4.1 Grounds for Termination: TD Hunter reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately without notice for:
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity
  • Attempting to game or manipulate the commission system
  • Using unauthorized or deceptive marketing

Affiliates engaging in spam will receive one written warning. Continued offenses will result in permanent removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

4.2 Voluntary Termination: Affiliates may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice. Upon termination, access to the dashboard and promotional assets will be revoked.



  1.  COMMISSION STRUCTURE & PAYMENTS
    5.1 Multi-Level Commission System: TD Hunter offers a 3-tier commission model:
  • Level 0 (Direct Sales): 24% commission on every qualifying subscription.
  • Level 1 (Your Referred Affiliates): 8% of their earned commissions
  • Level 2 (Affiliates Recruited by Your Referrals): 3% of their earnings

All commissions are recurring and continue for the life of the active subscriptions.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Currency: USD
  • Payment Methods: Wise or PayPal
  • Payment Schedule: 1st day of every month
  • Holding Period: Only commissions on sales that are 15 days old or more are eligible for payout

5.3 Payout Thresholds: Minimum payout amounts may apply based on payment provider requirements. Unpaid balances will roll over to the next cycle.


  1.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
    Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TD Hunter’s brand materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services. All materials must be used in a way that does not tarnish or misrepresent the brand. This license is revoked upon termination.

  2.  REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
    You represent and warrant that:
    7.1. This Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid, and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms.

7.2. You have the full right, power, and authority to enter and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to perform your obligations under this Agreement, without the approval or consent of any other party;

7.3. You have sufficient right, title, and interest in and to the rights granted to us in this Agreement.


  1.  LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
    TD Hunter makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, conversion rates, or affiliate earnings. We will not be liable to you with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of revenue or goodwill or anticipated profits or lost business), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement, in no event shall TD Hunter’s cumulative liability to you arising out of or related to this agreement, whether based in contract, negligence, strict liability, tort or other legal or equitable theory, exceed the total commission fees paid to you under this agreement.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TD Hunter, its employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners and agents from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your participation in the affiliate program or your promotional activities. 

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY
    Any confidential information provided to you by TD Hunter, including but not limited to business strategy, user data, and performance metrics, must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal disputes will be handled within its jurisdiction.

  1. AMENDMENTS
    TD Hunter may revise this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or within the dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
    You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and TD Hunter. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on Your Site or any other of Your Site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.

By applying to or participating in the TD Hunter Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
