1. Subscription Grant & Access
TD Hunter grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access content, listings, and tools based on your chosen plan for the duration of your subscription.
Your access is for personal/investment use only and may not be resold or shared.
2. Subscription Plans & Fees

Entire US Plan: $999/month

Regional Plan: $249/month
Fees are billed monthly upfront via your selected payment method. You authorize TD Hunter to charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. We’ll send a reminder within 30 days of renewal.
You can cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.
4. No Refunds
All fees are non-refundable due to the nature of our delivered listings and research.
If you cancel, you retain access through the paid period but no credit or refund will be issued.
5. Payment Failures
Unpaid or declined payments result in immediate access suspension. We may retry or contact you for an alternate payment method.
6. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of Terms, lack of payment, or misuse (e.g., scraping, reselling). No refund will be issued upon termination.
7. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update these terms, especially renewal pricing or features. Material changes will be communicated 15–30 days before they take effect.
8. Account Sharing & Limits
Accounts are limited to individual use. You may not share credentials or allow multiple simultaneous logins beyond plan terms. Breaches may result in suspension.
9. Tax
Prices exclude applicable VAT, sales tax, or GST. EU customers will be charged VAT as required. You are responsible for any local taxes.
10. Governing Law
These Shipping Terms are governed by the Laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes fall under its courts’ jurisdiction.
