Subscription fees are non-refundable due to the nature of the service (access to real-time listings and research).

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use bots, spiders, scrapers, or automated means to access or interact with the site.
Download, copy, distribute, resell, or trade TD Hunter data.
Share account access with others.
Circumvent access controls—e.g. proxies or VPNs.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content (listings, data, software, branding) is owned by TD Hunter and/or licensors. You may view and use for personal/investment purposes only. No redistribution or derivatives.

5. Account & Security

You’re responsible for your account info, credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee listings are error-free, available, or fit your goals. We disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, TD Hunter—and its affiliates/partners—will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at your most recent monthly subscription fee.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TD Hunter harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your actions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for violating these Terms. You will not receive a refund and must cease using our service and data.
